Jason Van Vleet is the Founder and Creative Director of Iconic Digital Studios and its online marketing division, which is a full-service marketing agency specializing in digital marketing, omni-channel strategy, brand development, and cinematic storytelling.

He began his career in 1993, working with major clients such as Walt Disney Special Events, Walt Disney Educational Media, Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies, Exxon, and Budweiser, where he developed integrated media and marketing campaigns for both corporate and educational audiences.

An award-winning producer and director, Jason went on to create regional and national television commercials, entertainment programming, and documentaries that earned Academy Award consideration for their creativity and impact.

Since 2010, he has expanded his expertise into digital marketing, merging decades of experience in media production, branding, and strategy to help businesses connect creativity with measurable performance. His approach integrates video, web design, Search Engine Marketing, AI Search Optimization, Google Ads, Facebook and Instagram advertising, YouTube management, and email automation into cohesive campaigns that elevate brand credibility, build audience trust, and drive consistent, data-backed results.

Shen Wu Tan is a skilled content writer and editor, video production assistant, and project coordinator who blends her journalism background with digital marketing expertise at Iconic Digital Studios. She creates SEO-driven articles, blogs, newsletters, press releases, and social media content that strengthen brand voice and engagement, while also providing video production assistance and video editing.

Shen is a storyteller at heart, with a passion for sharing meaningful, powerful stories that resonate deeply with their audiences. Prior to Iconic, Shen worked as a journalist for nearly seven years and at several news organizations, including in the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. and Cape Town, South Africa. During her journalism career, Shen covered stories spanning a wide range of topics, including a lawsuit filed against a teen rehabilitation center on allegations of abuse and human trafficking and the delay of inter-country adoptions from China due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her articles have been published by local, regional, and national media outlets, including the Associated Press and U.S. News & World Report.
